AMS
Calibrator for ppm-Traces of Oxygen and Humidity
AMS has a long time experience in building calibration gas generators
by the permeation principle. Such instruments are required as accessories
to trace analysers, whenever suitable calibration gases are not available
or when the instruments have to be operated in locations, where it is
difficult to bring pressurised gas bottles.

General
description
The calibrator consists of a membrane in the form of a coiled tube,
made from a material, which is permeable to the respective gas component.
The tube is purged inside with a clean carrier gas (e.g. N2 5.0)
under tightly controlled and constant flow, temperature and pressure
